Creating a Character

First off, while creating a character, please remember not to make any Mary-sues...perfect characters. Every person has faults, nobody is perfect. Please copy the form below, and post it into a new thread, then fill it out. When you are done, you have to wait before it will be accepted.

Name: Your character's name (first name and last name).
Nickname: Does your character like to be called anything other than it's actual name?
Gender: Is your character a girl or boy?
Age: Your character can be between the ages of five years old, and seventeen years old. No older, no younger.
Birthdate: When your character was born.
Ethnicity: Your character's race (Scottish, Chinese, etc.)
Appearance: What your character looks like. 150 words, minimum.
Personality: How your character acts. 150 words, minimum.
History: What happened to your character before they got on the plane that deserted them on the island? (read the plot if you haven't). 200 words, minimum.
Items: Every character has a metal id tag around their neck, saying their birthdate, and name. Besides that, your character can start off with two simple items. (rope, pocketknife, etc.) Note: If your character is an older teen (I wont allow kids to be able to smuggle guns onto a plane), I will allow them to bring a gun BUT, Please remember that there is no extra ammo on the island, and once the ammo in your gun is gone, its gone, and there are limited things to do with your gun.
