The Northern Beach The Northern beach is a long white strip of sand. This is quite a warm part of the island, as the sun is hitting it for nearly the whole day. If you are not careful, or if you just don't care, it is quite easy to get burned on this part of the Island. |

The Jungle of the North - 1 Viewing The Northern part of the jungle is basically like any other part of the jungle....except for one big thing. Here, there is the tiger den, where the few tigers that are actually on the island, reside. This is about the most dangerous part of the jungle, as the tigers would much rather not have to go too far to get their next meal. If you are traveling through this part of the jungle and didn't meet a single tiger, count yourself lucky. A way to lessen the chance of meeting a tiger? Fire....as long as you don't set the whole jungle on fire while you're at it. Sub-board: The Tiger Den |

The Beach of the Rising Sun - 1 Viewing The eastern beach was where the plane crashed. There are massive gouge marks in the sand. This is where most of the kids were dumped out of the plane. Most of the younger kids, if not accompanied by older kids, probably wont stray too far from this beach. The sunlight touches this beach before anything else in the morning, and also sets earlier than any other part of the island, at night. |

The Jungle of the East This is just normal jungle...not much special about it. It has a few streams of good, non-salty drinking water running through it. A few of the trees are knocked down because of the crash but other than that, there is not much here except for the jungle. |

The Southern Jungle - 1 Viewing There is not much jungle to the area of the Southern Tip...The land starts to split, leaving a drop on each side of the jungle...making it good place to spy among the leaves, unseen, or a dangerous place to fall. |

The Cliffs The Jungle starts to thin out, the ground always tilting upwards. Finally, there is no jungle, all there is is a large rocky expanse of land, the only plant growing on it is a weedy knee-high grass. On each side, is a far drop to the beach below. As you go further south, the sides of the cliff meet up, forming a point. I wouldn't advise standing on the edges of the cliffs, as there is an overhang and you will almost certainly fall to your death. Wind blasts across this, whipping anything that is not attached to something heavy, fly away. |

The Cave From the beach, you can find a narrow walkway, leading to a small and dark, but sheltered cave. At the moment, there is no animal residing in the cave, so it is up for grabs. This cave is a really good place to go in order to get out of the pouring rain when it is the rainy season. |

The Southern Beach - 1 Viewing Towering over this part of the island's beach are the cliffs. If you look closely, you can also find a path that leads to the only known cave on the island. |

The Jungle of the West - 1 Viewing There is a hot spring in this part of the jungle, creating a small, heated pool that smells like rotten eggs. The pool is a great place for a bath, and the smell can be ignored from the feeling of freshness that the pool can offer. I wouldn't suggest taking a dip in the pool on a hot day... The Beach of the Setting Sun - 1 Viewing This is the last place that the sun touches, on the whole island, the jungle making it take even longer than it normally would. This is also the last place that the sun touches, before it dips out of view. There are quite a few shells on this beach, making it hard to walk barefoot across this beach, but also making it a nice place to keep younger kids busy by telling them to look for pretty shells. |
